Broels quest for power

I start running down the street towards the portal, but trip on a rock and fall. I look up to see The sergeant standing above me. "How do i get through the portal, i need the money to cure my little brothers tuberculoses."

"NO!" The guard shrieks at the top of his lungs, "see this?". He flashes a red metal object that looks like a five a pointed pentagram. "This is is a signet of the devourer... if you would like feel free to try to take it from me! Thats the only way you can get into the portal, o and also if u manage to get in without the signet we already have military soldiers positioned on the other side, ordered to kill anyone not wearing one."
